LJ Trading & Projects delivered the full climate-control package for a high-traffic retail development, coordinating large-format rooftop equipment, ductwork distribution, and specialist internal comfort systems.
Technical Scope
Our scope covered air-cooled rooftop package units, supply and return distribution ducting, cassette and ducted split systems, and air curtains for environmental separation across the centre.
Operational Outcome
The installation was completed as a single integrated HVAC infrastructure package, supporting retail comfort, restaurant extraction performance, and long-term maintainability for the precinct.
